I legitimately believe Ant is not Joe Sr.'s biological son, seeing as how Anthony has facial features that don't seem to come from either parent (like his Sammy David nose), whereas Brother Joe and Dawn have some facial resemblance to both of their parents. Would also explain psychologically a lot of Joe Sr.'s behavior from Ant's childhood stories.
Ro was a "go go" dancer that was maybe doing coke and drinking on at least a weekly basis, she may of had regular clients and that sort of thing...

That being said Joe senior and Joe jr sound like the same guy.
Drinking and driving with kids in the car, showing more selfish behaviors than what a well adjusted parent should. He doesn't think he's doing any damage just like Joe Sr didn't.
