Backend dev stuff is all that really matters anyway. I've turned away Ph.D. quants who lack sufficient back-end skills.
Any regular Joe with a Coursera, Udemy, or edX suscription can learn front-end but most Joe's won't bother putting any effort into self-improvement because they have it easy so why try?
HTML is unnecessarily long-winded (!like me!) but not hard (!like Joe!). CSS is finicky but not difficult. Java sucks but JS not bad. You can learn Ruby on Rails in a weekend. And sites like SquareSpace make a lot of that unnecessary.
Python and SQL are mandatory for any finance, data, analytics job. Period. Some funds and banks still prefer C++/C# and MATLAB is still up there, but a lot has changed in the last decade, and Python and certain flavors of SQL have exploded due to efficiencies especially for HFT.
That said, please fix the security cert! My firewall and VPN has an inbound pinhole and the intermediate certs aren't verified.

You need to make the website look more legitimate. It looks fantastic already, BUT it's gotta have less inside jokes and jabs, and more realistic contact info and bio stuff. Like anyone who'd possibly hire Joe should assume from first glance that this is the real site, and try to contact him through this.
No I mean: Visually, it looks great. It just needs the other side of it - the legitimate bios, contact info and portfolio - to be completed. Then you've got something that can really fuck with Joe, while stealing actual gigs from him.
How about that pic with him and his little brother riding that dick off into the sunset with the cumia gay pride flag and maybe just edit out the dick so you see just him and his little brother and the cumia flag.
Follow up comment: the site looks great on a computer, but on mobile the video background isn't focused on stupid old Joey. I have no idea how to fix it but mobile viewers are missing out on Joe's complete lack of stage presence.
