I've done some good. Taught thousands of children, founded a non-profit that still helps people in need 20 years later, even found some personal success in various forms of creative expression. I am happily married to an amazing woman and we laugh together about everything under the sun.

I've done more than what I set out to do in life. Not bragging and don't have reason to, but I thought I'd give you an honest answer. Especially since I've wondered the same things myself. I've definitely seen that there are cool and caring people here. Occasionally.

I've even had a couple of heart to heart moments behind the scenes with people who posted here about horrific things they were going through. The one that stands out most was the guy whose mom was suddenly hospitalized. We shared some real shit and I gave him some advice about how to deal with it all. He even wrote back to me the next day to let me know my words helped in some way and that his mom had died in his arms.

In my spare time I sometimes make shitty photoshops to share the gift of laughter with strangers on the internet. Haha, ho-lee shit!
