IEDs is a new one; I'd heard about ejector seats and some wind-tunnel tests where the wind was strong enough to saw through limbs (testing those suits astronauts wear on the way up.)
I guess I'm the only one who doesn't care if they chop me into hunks and feed me to goats. As long as my loved ones don't have to pay for my death, it's fine with me
