So if you're starving yourself in your 20s and 30s, it will result in earlier signs of aging in your 30s, due to the lack of subcutaneous fat and bone in your face.

It's all based on genetics and lifestyle, but men generally start to see a significant bone loss in their faces at age 65. They'll lose fat and collagen and age in 30s and 40s, but sadly not to the extent of women.
