It seems like it should so humiliating for him that this leaked. But it’s actually kind of awesome to see. It’s like watching a closed doors meeting with Belichick, Saban, Lombardi or Bear Bryant. Just a psychotic details oriented tyrant who bluntly chews everyone out behind the scenes. Billy West indicated a long time ago that this kind of closed doors planning was what freed Howard to portray himself as a wild man on air in his prime and was also what separated him from his imitators that were always crashing and burning. So it’s not surprising to see him do the same thing trying to slow his decline. It’s just unfortunate that he wasted all this planning and berating on reinventing himself as an Imus imitator.
My thoughts exactly. It's fascinating, but for some reason the /r/howardstern people are upset that Howard would dare suggest Richard & Sal make up fake names to 'bother' poor Ellen Degeneres. You know kinda like tradio but with the goal of suckering her into the studio
Ya, I'm really not sure why anyone is surprised that this is what Howard would be like as a boss. And of course the show isn't any going to be good any more because he's in his fucking mid 60s. At it's peak it was fucking fantastic though.
It's really pretty funny. Ol' Bugle Beak, doddering around in his Ralphwear, saying "fuckin" fifty times and badgering his retarded staff to write letters to celebrities. The best part is when he takes credit for "making" a bunch of huge celebrities.
Howard is everything Opie wants to be now. Except Opie does podcasts in a bar with forks banging on plates. 2005 is a long way away when he thought XM would carry them to promise land

Is it possible that Howard himself leaked this video?
