Dude, you need to take the mantel of Compound Media that is yours, by right of blood from the de facto parasite that is Keith the Cop and set your brother right with some tough, 82nd airborne love.

Joe I suggest you listen to what Kevin Brennan said about Keith to Luis Gomez recently. Ant can't stand up for himself and he is letting Keith push away all new talent. Ant doesn't know what he's doing or what he wants and Keith, a police officer who is about as competent in talent management as you would expect an ex-cop to be, is stymieing your brother's network.
