The big wheat farms are prosperous but the small sized, family owned, traditionnally run farms are getting murdered.

They're getting murdered because they're a relic of the 17th century. The fact that so many of them still exist is solely due to handouts. Small farms get even more gibs per land area than large ones, and have way fewer requirements. Fuck the EU for wasting my tax money on them. Get a real job, you lazy bums.
