As /u/PeeSoup3030 points out, that spike is due to his appearance on JRE and his viewers not knowing who he is. I'm somewhat interested in the July/August 2017 explanation, though. He has a little blip of interest there that doesn't make sense to me.
In retrospect, his arc would have been much more respectable if he'd killed Dani that night and gone suicide by cop. They might even have made a tv movie out of it - Down and Out in Roslyn Heights: The Anthony Cumia Story.
That last little spike must have been from when he was on JRE. He went on one of the most popular podcasts on earth and the only people curious enough to Google the ghoul were just trying to find out what happened to his face
