Since his book went exclusively paperback, he would only get 8% of sales. The book is being sold for $13. Total net for the author is $275. According to google it takes approximately 3 months to write a 200 page book. Now in Wisconsin, the minimum wage is $7.25. Assuming this author would have worked a minimum wage job at 40 hours a week, during that time they would have earned $3,480 during those 3 months. So the author at the very least had a net loss of $3,205 in income.
You're not factoring in the audio book, though. Nobody listens to the free torrents of his show but I'm sure they sold at least 10 or 12 copies. Enough to COMP Joe a big turkey sandwich with and or chips/salad
I read 35% of the free .pdf that was posted here, nothing really offensive or interesting in the whole book. I did find out that nana was SO heterosexual as a young man that he eshewed the time honored "Bros before hoes" ethic and banged every chick he could, even those who were dating his friends. I suspect he was talking about his ex wife and his actual bro because there aren't many women who have a guy willing to slum with him, and I doubt there was any competition among his friends for the 12 year olds he dated as an adult.
