On an interesting note, Parker could have made much more $ if he allowed Elvis to perform outside of the US or Canada. The belief is that the Colonel was a murderer (hence why he fled the Netherlands as a teenager). He was afraid that if he traveled outsude the US, tbey would find out his real identity.
