I really hate to call him ‘complicated’ because that’s what he wants more than anything in the world, to be seen as complex and dark. He’s really not complicated at all; he’s just a simple degenerate coward. You don’t need a degree in behavioral psychology to predict his future behavior.
Nevertheless, I don’t think words like ‘gay’ or ‘bi’ really accurately describe him. Sexually, he’s gay. He’s clearly gay. He’s attracted to and and constantly fantasizes about penises. But at the same time, he desperately craves a romantic relationship with a woman. His problem is that his rampaging mental illnesses cause him to start screaming, violent arguments with any woman he meets within 48 hours. The closest thing he had to a steady girlfriend was Chelsea Peretti, and he hasn’t spoken to her in almost 20 years (yet insists on referring to her as his ‘ex’ or his ‘chick’ when Colin is around, in a desperate bid to impress the latter).
Since then, his romantic life has consisted of standing in the sidewalk and watching waitresses work through the front window, and endless, obsessive gay sex. Oh, and there’s no way he doesn’t have AIDS. Even if he did finally have sex with a real woman (and that will never happen, let’s be clear), he would only succeed in giving her a deadly disease.
He’s hopeless. He’ll never be happy or satisfied. Good. Miserable, unfunny, bald prick.
