The woman who called has a wacky voice! Almost like Ms. Swan from MadTV. She called a guy who had his laptop in for service and they told him he had illegal porn on his laptop. He denies it and she talks to him in a funny wacky accent! It's soooooo funny! I didn't think people can be so funny in Florida at 9 AM.
