It's important that reddit Admin/Legal know who Joseph Cumia is and how he's threatened to dox and beat up redditors. I put together this list of Joe's doxxing and threatening redditors. Most of the links are to banned subs or Joe's deleted comments, but Reddit staff should be able to look them up.

He's appears to have DMCA'd many fair-use items and many things he has no copyright on including a still image from a television show (The People's Court) owned by Warner Bros. He has DMCA'd numerous repostings and links to his own reddit comments which appears to violate Reddit's ToS which grants Reddit the rights to host that content on Reddit owned properties forever. His main goal in filing DMCAs is likely to dox reddit users he does not like and h harass them, which he's done to at least two redditors so far: spaceedge and theronin23.

Joe Cumia states that he believes he can DMCA any material regardless of who owns it (because it's copyrighted by someone even if it's not him) and implies he's DMCAing material he doesn't have the rights to:

Joe believed redditor u/theronin23 got one of his gigs canceled after u/theronin23 sent the venue information about Joe's political views and informed them that Joe had interviewed former KKK leader David Duke on his rightwing podcast.

On Twitter Joe offers money to doxx redditor u/theronin23, Josh Fonner and threatens to beat him up.

Joe harresed theronin23 on Facebook resulting in a temporary suspention.

In a tweet Joe Cumia would later say he had Fonner's "entire life on his hard drive." He somehow obtained nude photos of Fonner.

Joe Cumia would later post a nude photo of the now deceased redditor Josh Fonner on reddit.
