As subs keep getting shut down, fatigue builds up in all of us. Luckily we have the advantage because our enemies - Joe, Nana, Jim, Sam and Pat - are an unhealthy mixture of alcoholics, fat fucks, junk eaters and cum lovers. However, we need to prioritize our health to continue to dominate.

This will be controversial, but after months of study and with a degree of personal experience I've come to the conclusion that the best diet is one that is majority carnivorous, anti-oxalate (fag ass shit found in vegetables and nuts that proves that vegans are literally sick) and anti-grain and wheat at any cost (except for cheat days).

In doing this, my shitposting has improved and I haven't had to feel guilty for not eating some bitch ass veggies and for eating nothing but steak, bacon and eggs with whole milk.

I still have old habits - red wine or brandy but no other liquors or beer - and I generally feel fine and not sluggish. But I no longer make lentil soup. And nobody should, leave that shit for the vegan niggers.

Yes... it can be tough. But I remind myself of our aforementioned enemies, and I don't want for us to resemble any of them.

I hate the “carnivore diet” trend.

It’s a bunch of corny white people influenced by Jordan Peterson and his annoying daughter or that ogre Shawn Baker and they all feel superior because of their boring as shit diet.

Although I 100% agree animal fat/protein is the most nutritious food one can consume, I cannot stand these assholes refusing to admit that pizza and ice cream are objectively delicious after they become strict “carnivores”.

I love pizza and ice cream and I initially avoided carnivore because Peterstein promoted it. I'd never be a "carnivore purist".

I say don't knock it til you try it. I went on it because vegetables were making me feel like shit, and spiting vegans is a plus.

I felt like shit the way I used to eat so I went to the doctor and had all my levels checked. I was deficient in a few areas. I was like, I gotta make a drastic change here!

I researched keto and made the switch. It's been an excellent 6 months for me so far. I got retested a month in and all my levels fell within the normal range.

I eat eggs and bacon (or sausage) for breakfast (it used to be oatmeal!) cooked in butter or real pork lard, and don't get hungry again until dinner where I'll have either steak, pork chops, chicken, or hamburger (cooked in either olive oil, lard, or butter). Those are my mains. For dairy I have yogurt.

The majority of what I eat is red meat, potatoes and eggs. But I need the lentils because I'm a binge drinker and they make me shit normal.

What do you drink? This is key.

Now, I do love potatoes, but they're worthless nutrient-wise. Cottage cheese is better substituted with feta and feta makes a great cold lunch meal with mince and sauerkraut.

Also, "shitting normal" makes no difference unless you're drinking the right amount of water. This can get gotten into later.

Mainly rye. I get into the bourbon every now and then. I always drink tons of water since I dehydrated at work a couple years ago and I tore a muscle in my forearm and my legs just straight up gave out and stopped working. Lentils definitely help you take decent, non-painful shits though. After a night of drinking without the lentils I wake up and take a mucousy liquid shit that burns and I really have to strain to get it out. With lentils I wake up and take an enormous, solid dump that slides out like butter. It's pretty amazing.

If you're gonna stick with whiskey-like liquor, switch to brandy. That's my pragmatic advice regarding being an alcoholic lol

I'll give it a try. I've been thinking I need to switch to something less rowdy on my insides. I perpetually have heartburn. It probably doesn't help that I only ever drink straight shots.

Yeah that's bad. That's why I recommend wine. You'd probably get drunker quicker with less liver damage and it has health benefits.
