When I was incarcerated, a guy came in who had charges for supposedly accidently burning his infant with hot water. He was forced to sit with the pedos because he was getting extorted and having all of his shit constantly taken by everyone, as well as getting his ass kicked one way or another until he went to PC.
I can't imagine what they're doing to Kuhn, even in PC. Some CO's will even be shitty to you depending on your charges.
