Introduction:
This all begins around 2012 but takes place over several years.
Anthony Cumia was catfished by a man posing as a 14 year old girl using the name SelfCuttingGirl. "She" tricked Anthony into giving gifts which seems to have started a large number of listeners to the O&A show looking into Anthony's behavior as less than just a bit for the radio. There are numerous instances of contact with young girls that at the very least seem sketchy for a middle-aged man to be involved in. There are social media posts, photos and personal opinions from ex-girlfriend Melissa Stetten and ex-friend/co-worker Danny Ross. As usual, Anthony's brother waded into the discussion and made things worse for Anthony.
SelfCuttingGirl revealed:
SelfCuttingGirl was a man, 40-ish at the start of this, and says he was doing it all as a distraction from his collapsing real life. What is true about his account is unknown.

As the original post states, he:
decided it was appropriate to contact what he believed to be a 14 year old girl, make inappropriate comments, take her on as a pseudo employee, and make even more inappropriate jokes.

It can be argued he was just conversing casually but this cutesy language to a teenage girl should be a red flag to any other adult.
There are messages involving Penn Jillette, following his mentioning by Jordan, but they don't really add much other than him being an actual celebrity:
There's no evidence about him doing anything other than replying to SelfCuttingGirl then finding out it was a fake account.
O&A relation to SelfCuttingGirl:
Opie, Anthony, Jim, and Sam are in studio. Opie denies all knowledge of what's going on, Jim says he knew it was a guy all along. Sam details things about how SelfCuttingGirl was caught using some girl's photos for the account. Anthony talks about how SelfCuttingGirl was caught too but doesn't mention anything about his contact with "her".
As the old post states, at this point Anthony has been in contact with SelfCuttingGirl for well over a year. It says "grooming" her, and that's not a far-fetched claim.
Anthony's involvement revealed:
This is where things really start getting what I think most people would call inappropriate.
Due to the old subreddit being locked we've got to go with a lot of screenshots from there. Note that 'anthonycumiashow' is legitimately Anthony Cumia, although his name is obscured of course.

The plot thickens:
Enter ApologyGirl21. There's a whole backstory with this girl, but there's not much need to detail it here. She's the 17-year-old girl from a Christmas photo standing next to Anthony holding his cat, Beavis, while her family awkwardly stand next to them in Anthony's house. It is a well-known photo around the O&A subreddit.
The old post speculates that she was one of the "real friends" opening up to SelfCuttingGirl. I'm not sure what she shared but you can only guess.
The next image contains a couple of the quotes we've previously seen. There's Anthony revealing Jordan as the "Hunter" and a user shows the Amazon wish list tweet. The best part however is that this is the origin of Anthony's now famous quote about helping people from 8-80. Notice he has been solidly downvoted and called out by users now (18)

ApologyGirl21 apparently suggests that SelfCuttingGirl get Anthony to buy SelfCuttingGirl a plane ticket to fly to New York and stay with them at Anthony's McMansion. Melissa Stetten wises up:
Melissa Stetten is/was a model and one of Anthony's well-known girlfriends. Like many girls, Melissa admits enjoying the lifestyle he could provide but ultimately understood it to be somewhat of a Faustian bargain.
The short version is that he spends money and acts like an obsessed teenager, then once they are secured he reverts to being a dull drunk and keeps chasing other girls.
The next part is a moment everything changed. Melissa on a podcast, possibly her own since every narcissist has one, talked about seeing Sue Lightning hanging around with Anthony.
Not because it adds a lot to the SelfCuttingGirl story, although Melissa does mention that Sue looks like a 12-year-old. She mentions everything from the fact that Sue does porn to the possibility that Anthony bought her breast implants. Lavish gifts are very reminiscent of how he treats all his girls.
In the original post there is a bunch of threads and screenshots about the Sue Lightning story which I have omitted as the only one that really counts here is a quote Sue herself made (25)

Note that quote was in February 2016, after a few things we're about to detail, and I believe it was in reaction to someone asking Sue what Anthony likes about her but that may be just a popular rumor.

Anthony's life was starting to catch up with him. As always, he doubled down on a losing hand.
I don't remember what was said on this video but I'm certain it was denial and deflection. It may exist on his network or elsewhere.
As the original posts eloquently states, the only problem with wiping your account clean is that all the @ mentions are still there.

The original post rounded things out with the perfect moment. Patrice questions Anthony about how low an age Anthony would go if there wasn't a law against it, and Anthony immediately answers '13' without hesitation. Everyone is quiet and Anthony begins getting defensive:
He rants about girls that age being fuckable and hot. Patrice calls him a piece of shit and says he should be put to sleep. It's only a few minutes and worthwhile hearing.

The post said it helps to paint a fuller picture of the relationship between Anthony Cumia and SelfCuttingGirl. It is all anonymous and very short but there's one or two interesting points.
Kurt Love/Jeffery Hollander implications and accusations
Anthony has had Jeffery Hollander, who goes by the alias Kurt Love and is a man who was found guilty of sexual offences against a 12-year-old, at his house. Jeffery Hollander was convicted, this isn't any kind of speculation.
I will use the name Kurt Love as that is what most people refer to him as, but as you can see that is not his real name and he was convicted for sexual crimes against a child (40-2)

Anthony took a creepshot of a very young girl, walking with what I would assume is her father. They were both in their swimwear near a pool, walking away from Anthony so they don't know he's there. As far as anyone has said, Anthony doesn't know these people. There is nothing "artistic" about this so I don't know at all why he'd take the photo and share it. I would have had to blank the whole photo to avoid a DMCA claim but I encourage people to look it up. Very reminiscent of his photos from Times Square when he was taking pictures of women at night without their knowledge, until he came across the one woman who did notice and he lost his whole career.
Another show where the discussion becomes about how low Anthony's age would be for intercourse if there wasn't a law against it. The O&A show has an "Ant goes to prom" bit. This was done in February 2008. The idea that Ant is known to be chasing under-age girls was a running joke at this point. Anthony sounds exposed.

A Reddit user posted new links and information. Unfortunately, a lot of it is photos that belong to Anthony and so anything posted would have to be completely redacted. Aside from some random photos, the things that I've left out are:
Anthony had a pool party with Melissa Stetten and what I assume are some of her friends, and he took photos. The only really concerning photo is a girl who has passed out in the home theater room. Her lower bikini looks to be pulled aside, whether through someone doing it or just accident, and a photo has been taken of her and then put up in Anthony's photos where it still is to this day. I won't repeat the girl's name here but she was identified through a video of her and Melissa. Even if nothing else happened, just taking the picture is a miserable thing to do.
Anthony held a high school graduation party for his 17-year old girlfriend, ApologyGirl21. There looks to be her and a friend. Most photos are of them around the pool, but there's one in what I assume is Anthony's bedroom. There are clothes on the floor and you can only just see her head over the edge of the bed. She's imitating pointing a gun at an intruder I believe. It's just weird what goes on at his place.
What I have kept is as follows:
For one picture the post said, "Anthony gets horned up over a 13-14 year old Bindi Irwin", the daughter of the deceased Steve Irwin. In reality it was him commenting that he believes she will be fat by the time she's 18, however, the comments seem to be part of a conversation between Anthony and one of his lackeys or fans discussing under-age girls (97)
